POSTAGE POLICY

All artwork to the UK will be posted by Royal Mail recorded delivery, Parcelforce or another reputable courier. See my Prices page for delivery costs according to size.

Overseas deliveries will be sent via international courier, prices vary.

In the event of an artwork being lost in transit, I will redo the artwork and replace it.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For non-commissioned artworks, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Buyer pays return postage.

For commissioned pet portraits, returns are not accepted. You will be sent photos of the work in progress and that is your opportunity to request changes to the artwork.
